  1. Visit to the U3A Group
    Spreading the word
On Friday 21st April 2017 club members danced for the Hurst and Hassocks U3A group. We began with Snowball as it introduced the simple figures one at a time. The audience was then invited to join in. We showed them a 17th century dance and then a couple more for them to dance along side us. As we had hoped, several U3A members were encouraged to come along to the club and they enjoyed it enough to join!
  2. MONDAY 3rd JUNE 2019
    SUMMER DANCE 2019
The outdoor Summer Dance on Ditchling Village Green has now become a popular annual event and the 2019 Summer Dance will be held at the Ditchling Village Green and Barn on Monday 3rd June. We welcome dancers from other clubs and hope the weather will stay fair. We will be dancing to a live band with Sean Goddard calling. Afterwards we will go into the barn for an American supper.
  3. Monday 2nd September 2019
First Club Night of the season
After the Summer Break the club will meet again on Monday 2nd September. In response to the general approval of the members last year, this first club night of the season will involve DANCING & CAKE! Members are invited to bring cakes and biscuits to share.
